France's Flying Whales apparently will be able to transport up to 30 ton of cargo. Finland's Kelluu is an uncrewed airship, some of course for surveillance, NATO has been using them, and some definitely hold passengers but not many it seems. If you go onto the Royal Aeronautical Society website, you find info on modern airship resurgence.
